About
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor food safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain inventory control, ordering supplies as needed and minimizing waste
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menu offerings
- Coordinate and supervise banquet events, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
Experience:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Culinary background or understanding of kitchen operations is preferred
- Demonstrated ability in inventory control and cost management
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire employees
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to make effective decisions under pressure
- Experience supervising staff in a fast-paced hospitality environment
