We are looking for Assemblers who are willing to learn, motivated and work well in a fast-paced environment for our Des Plaines, IL facility.

Job Summary: The torque wrench assembler assembles, tests, and calibrates parts and mechanisms. To be successful in this role you must be able to perform the job duties below satisfactorily with a positive attitude.

** Willing to train, but some Assembly experience preferred.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The torque wrench assembler, assembles, tests, and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
• Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
• Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs, as necessary.
• Ability to transition to other departments as needed for business needs and cross training

Job Requirements:

• Some Assembly experience, preferred
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Mechanically inclined and interests
• Works well in a team environment
• Must be physically capable of lifting to 25 lbs., with proper lifting technique
• Positive attitude
• High School Diploma or equivalent
