Pay: $20–$36/hr DOE
About the Role:
Masterbilt is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented CNC Machinist/Operator to join our growing team in Phoenix. We work with high-precision components and need someone who takes pride in producing quality parts and is eager to continue learning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Shift Hours:
5:00 AM – 1:30 PM or
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Monday–Friday
Responsibilities:
Operate CNC mills including Haas, Daewoo, Matsuura, and DMG MORI (3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines)
Load, run, and monitor production jobs
Manufacture high-precision parts according to engineering prints and specifications
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
Qualifications:
Prior CNC machining or machine operating experience preferred (willing to train motivated candidates)
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (a plus)
Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools is helpful
