Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work in diverse settings, collaborate with families and educators, and make a lasting impact on children's communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy in natural environments (daycares, private schools, homes).
• Provide telehealth services for families seeking virtual care.
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support carryover.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC and current Florida state license.
• Pediatric experience preferred (including early intervention and school-age populations).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with technology for telehealth sessions.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate (W-2): $53.84 – $56.79 per hour
• 1099 Contractor Rate: $67.40 – $70.00 per hour
• Quarterly Bonuses regardless if Part Time or Full Time "Thank You" quarterly bonuses for your dedication
• Additional quarterly bonuses for specialized skills such as: Being bilingual, Supervising SLPAs, Clinical Fellows (CFs), and ITDSs
• Flexible scheduling options (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN).
