Bartender – Ha Long Bay:

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in restaurant environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages and food, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Assist in inventory management and tracking stock levels.
• Follow food safety regulations and maintain compliance with health standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during banquets or catering events.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.

Skills

• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Excellent sales skills to promote drink/food specials and enhance guest experiences.
• Previous dining experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Experience in the food industry, including bartending, serving, or retail environments.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Salary and Benefits:

· Full-Time: Paid Time Off, Sick Leave

Base Pay: $10/hr

· Average Take Home Pay: $20-32/hr

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to move, pull, carry, and lift up to 20 lbs.

· Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

· Must be able to consistently perform movements necessary to the job (shaking cocktails, pouring drinks)
