Title: IT Support Engineer 

Overview/Description: The IT Support Engineer primarily handles on-site and remote support of employees in the use of their computers, mobile devices, enterprise systems and other technology. They will serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance. They will also help support and manage IT infrastructure including IT systems, networks, and enterprise applications and be responsible for support, management, and configuration of IT assets.

This position is not eligible for telecommuting and will report for work in our corporate office.
 

Requirements

Responsibilities:

· Communicate with employees via e-mail and Teams to quickly resolve technical issues with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

· Utilize a centralized ticketing system to track, manage, and resolve issues and service requests. Monitor and prioritize issues and service requests. Escalate tier 2 and tier 3 issues to the in-house IT team. 

· Install, configure, upgrade, maintain, and support IT assets including laptops, desktops, servers, mobile devices, printers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and phones. 

· Manage and track IT assets within IT asset management system.

· Provide support for telecommunication systems.

· Create and update technical support documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures.

Education/Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant field preferred. Will consider candidates currently pursuing their degree.

· Experience in end-user support, help desk, or IT related experience. 

· Experience with administration and support of Azure AD, O365, Microsoft MFA or a comparable MFA solution. 

· Excellent troubleshooting skills with Windows 10/11 operating system. 

· Experience with RingCentral or other telecommunications systems.

· Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), Apple Business Manager (ABM), and/or Apple Configurator.

· General access control knowledge/experience.
