We are seeking motivated individuals to accurately and quickly fulfill customer orders from our warehouse shelves. Your primary responsibility will be to locate and retrieve specific items based on pick lists, ensuring accuracy in quantity and product identification. This role is essential for the timely and accurate shipment of goods, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and the success of our logistics network. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment. Safety is a top priority, and adherence to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE, is mandatory. Locating and retrieving specified items from warehouse shelves using RF scanners or other picking devices. Verifying item numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy. Placing picked items into designated totes or carts for transport to the packing area. Maintaining a clean and organized work area. Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies, including the correct use of PPE. Reporting any stock discrepancies or damaged items immediately. Assisting with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed. Collaborating with team members to achieve daily picking targets. This position requires the ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and involves prolonged periods of standing, walking, and bending.
