Seeking a diligent Material Handler to join our busy warehouse operations in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in the movement and organization of goods within our facility. Your duties will include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, stocking shelves, picking and preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. You will be operating various material handling equipment, so experience in this area is preferred. We foster a supportive team environment where efficiency and accuracy are highly valued. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and possesses excellent organizational skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that materials are handled correctly and stored appropriately to prevent damage and maintain quality. Compliance with all Safety regulations, including the use of appropriate PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots, is essential. This position involves regular Lifting and manual labor, so a good level of physical fitness is required. Your work directly contributes to the smooth functioning of our Logistics network. We are looking for individuals dedicated to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials.
- Pick and stage materials for production or shipment.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
