About
We are looking for motivated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position is integral to our daily logistics and distribution efforts. You will be responsible for a range of tasks including picking and packing orders, receiving and stocking inventory, loading and unloading delivery vehicles, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. This role demands physical stamina, as it involves significant periods of standing, walking, and frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs. A strong commitment to safety is essential, requiring the diligent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strict adherence to all company safety protocols. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is beneficial, but we are eager to train individuals who demonstrate initiative and a desire to learn. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training available).
- Follow all company safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the warehouse.
- Must be capable of frequent lifting and moving of materials.
