Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick ordered items from various locations within the warehouse using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Inspect items for any damage or defects before packing.
- Pack orders securely and appropriately for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Apply shipping labels and other necessary documentation to packages.
- Conduct quality control checks on packed orders before they are dispatched.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use all required PPE to ensure personal and team safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Capability for frequent lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good manual dexterity and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
