We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our expanding team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is central to our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure a smooth workflow and timely dispatch of goods. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality are essential for success in this position. Safety in the workplace is paramount; adherence to all company policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE , is required. This position involves active duties such as walking, standing, and Lifting products, so physical capability is important. Understanding your role within the larger Logistics network and contributing to its efficiency will be key. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and possesses excellent teamwork skills. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a significant plus. You will be trained on our specific systems and processes to ensure optimal performance.
