This is a key role within our logistics operations, responsible for a wide array of warehouse functions including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. You will ensure inventory accuracy and maintain a safe, organized working environment. The ideal candidate will be diligent, dependable, and possess a strong commitment to following safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves considerable physical activity, such as frequent lifting and movement of products. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse area.
- Perform regular inventory counts and checks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
- Load and unload items from trucks.
- Manage the physical demands of the job, including consistent lifting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role is beneficial.
- Capacity for regular lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management.
- Strong dedication to safety procedures and use of PPE.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
