Join our growing logistics team in Nashville, Tennessee as a Forklift Operator! We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious individual to operate forklifts for the movement of materials. This role is critical to the efficient flow of goods in our warehouse, from receiving to shipping. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, transporting inventory, and staging goods for order fulfillment. A strong commitment to safety, including proper use of PPE and adherence to all operating procedures, is paramount. The ideal candidate will possess excellent forklift operating skills, a valid certification, and a good understanding of warehouse operations. You will be expected to perform pre-operational checks on equipment, maintain a clean work area, and assist with inventory counts as needed. This position requires the ability to work efficiently under pressure and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
