About
Seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our busy warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of materials within our facility. You will operate forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve inventory, playing a key part in our supply chain. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Stack and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Perform routine checks on forklift equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and wear mandated PPE.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Handle tasks involving significant Lifting and material handling.
- Support the overall logistics and warehouse workflow.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse Safety standards.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including consistent Lifting of up to 60 lbs.
- Proficiency in managing inventory and understanding logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Reliable and committed to excellent Safety performance.
- Must be able to work various shifts, including overtime when necessary.
