Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Pack orders with appropriate materials, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before and after packing.
- Move products to designated shipping areas.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movement.
- Adhere strictly to all PPE requirements and warehouse Safety protocols.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the fulfillment area.
- This role involves frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- GED or High School Diploma required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse Safety practices.
- Must be capable of performing tasks requiring significant physical exertion, including consistent Lifting.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team player attitude with excellent communication skills.
