Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Durham, North Carolina. This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for various tasks including receiving and stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders accurately, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. A strong commitment to safety is paramount; you will be provided with the necessary PPE and expected to follow all safety protocols. This position involves considerable physical activity, including frequent lifting of items. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, sort, and store incoming warehouse products.
  • Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders.
  • Load and unload materials onto and from trucks.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and storage.
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
  • Assist with inventory counts as needed.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Properly use all issued PPE throughout your shift.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics .
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
