You will be responsible for picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Stock and organize inventory on warehouse shelves.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE throughout the shift.
- Contribute to the efficiency of overall warehouse logistics .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, and frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics .
- Commitment to workplace safety and ability to follow instructions.
- Team player with good communication skills.
