Join our energetic team as a Picker/Packer in Denver, Colorado! We are looking for motivated individuals to accurately pick and pack orders for shipment. This role is fundamental to our e-commerce fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive the correct items promptly. You will be responsible for locating items in the warehouse using order sheets or scanning devices, carefully inspecting items for damage, and then securely packaging them for safe transit. Accuracy and speed are key performance indicators for this position. You will also be responsible for adhering to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a team environment and independently. Physical stamina is necessary as the role involves significant walking, standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Experience with order picking systems is beneficial. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment. Understanding of logistics and inventory management is a plus. This is a great opportunity to develop skills in a rapidly growing industry. Tasks include staging packed orders for shipment and assisting with inventory control. Expect to lift items up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Your contribution is vital to our logistics success.
