Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Miami, Florida! We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our busy distribution center. This role involves a variety of tasks, including order picking, packing, loading, and unloading trucks, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You will be responsible for handling products with care and ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are key. This position offers a great opportunity to learn various aspects of warehouse operations and logistics. You'll be an essential part of our team, ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock put-away.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Properly use required PPE.
- Assist with Lifting and moving of products as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks involving Lifting.
- Commitment to following Safety protocols.
