*Duties*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs in infants and toddlers.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's developmental stage and family goals.
* Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions that promote early communication skills, including receptive and expressive language, phonological awareness, and social communication.
* Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to educate on strategies that support ongoing development at home.
* Monitor progress regularly, adjusting intervention techniques as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Stay current with best practices in pediatrics, early intervention, physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to enhance patient care.
*Skills*
* Proven experience working with pediatric populations in school or clinical settings.
* Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques specific to infants and toddlers.
* Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach toward families navigating early developmental challenges.
* Solid understanding of physiology and anatomy related to speech production and swallowing functions.
* Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments using standardized tools and observational methods.
* Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to pediatric health conditions affecting communication.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,680.00 - $103,800.00 per year
