Join our growing logistics team in San Antonio, Texas, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a wide range of activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your ability to work efficiently and accurately is key to our success. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, be comfortable with manual labor, and possess a positive attitude. Your role is integral to our supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities include: Accurately receiving and inspecting incoming inventory. Storing goods in appropriate warehouse locations. Picking items according to customer orders and preparing them for packing. Packing orders securely and efficiently. Loading and unloading trucks. Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Operating warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified). Following all safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE. Participating in inventory checks and cycle counts. Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily goals. This position involves frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds and requires prolonged periods of standing, walking, and bending. Experience with logistics software is beneficial.
