Join our growing team as a Warehouse Worker in Dallas, Texas! We are looking for dedicated individuals to perform a variety of tasks involved in the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods. This role is fundamental to our warehouse operations, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently and orders are processed accurately. You will be involved in moving materials, organizing stock, and preparing orders for dispatch. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a team, and understands the importance of safety in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Store goods in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and stock rotation.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring they are secured properly.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
- Be comfortable with frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Support the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations through diligent work.
- Follow all instructions carefully to ensure order accuracy and timely processing.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform manual tasks for extended periods. Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment. Understanding of basic warehouse Logistics principles. Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all safety protocols. Must wear required PPE at all times. Capable of consistent manual Lifting .
