We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, California. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods within our facility. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and speed. This role requires a strong commitment to safety protocols and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the physical stamina to perform demanding tasks. You will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to workplace safety and the proper use of equipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision, ensuring correct items and quantities.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the logistics chain.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring significant Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
