About
We are hiring an energetic and reliable Warehouse Worker for our facility in Austin, Texas. This role is fundamental to the daily operations of our warehouse, supporting various functions from receiving to shipping. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, have a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key responsibilities include assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks, moving materials within the warehouse, organizing stock, picking and packing orders, and maintaining cleanliness of the work area. You will be working as part of a team to ensure that our logistics operations run smoothly and that customer orders are processed accurately and on time. Experience with warehouse equipment and basic inventory management is beneficial but not always required, as comprehensive training will be provided. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, and all employees must adhere to company policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role involves considerable lifting, often in excess of 50 lbs, and requires stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
