Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is crucial to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for locating items in the warehouse, using scanning equipment, and carefully packaging them according to company standards. You will maintain a clean and organized work area, adhere to all safety procedures, and contribute to the overall success of our fulfillment process. Successful candidates will demonstrate attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent bending, stooping, and reaching. Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders using a scanner and pick list.
  • Inspect items for damage and ensure correct product codes.
  • Package items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
  • Label packages accurately with shipping information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station.
  • Adhere to all warehouse safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
  • Contribute to team goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Commitment to workplace safety.
