We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Durham, North Carolina. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damages and discrepancies.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently (certification may be required for some equipment).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Ensure all products are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and orders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
- Must be able to handle repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Willingness to follow all safety regulations, including the use of appropriate PPE.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures is a plus.
