About
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our logistics team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is essential for the safe and efficient movement of goods throughout our distribution center. You will operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to support receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping functions. Key responsibilities include:
- Safely operating forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
- Loading and unloading trucks, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
- Organizing inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Performing daily pre-operation checks and basic maintenance on forklifts.
- Assisting with inventory counts and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment, contributing to overall Safety.
- Strict adherence to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Using appropriate PPE, such as safety glasses, gloves, and high-visibility apparel.
- Supporting other warehouse operations as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid forklift certification, a strong safety record, and at least two years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics setting. The ability to perform occasional manual Lifting of up to 40 pounds is also required. We are dedicated to a culture of Safety, and all employees are expected to uphold these standards. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification and a proven safety record.
- Minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse.

- Ability to perform some manual Lifting.
- Must wear and use required PPE.
