Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming stock, verifying against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy using appropriate systems.
- Pick items for orders based on pick lists or system directives.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and staging for carrier pickup.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all warehouse areas.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and full physical inventories.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous. Must be capable of regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for the entire shift. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE. Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility are required. Basic knowledge of logistics principles is helpful. Must be able to work effectively in a team and independently. Must have legal authorization to work in the USA.
