Precision is key to ensure that customers receive exactly what they ordered. This role requires a high degree of physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be engaged in frequent Lifting of items, often weighing up to 50 pounds. Following strict Safety guidelines is non-negotiable, and you must consistently wear the required PPE , including safety glasses and gloves. Responsibilities:
- Retrieve ordered items from warehouse shelves using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify product information and quantities against order requirements.
- Ensure picked items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Stage picked items for the packing and shipping departments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through proper picking procedures.
- Operate pallet jacks or other light warehouse equipment as needed.
- Uphold all company Safety standards and use appropriate PPE .
- Achieve established picking performance metrics.
- Keep work areas clean and organized to promote a safe environment.
- Learn and apply principles of effective warehouse Logistics .
