Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Material Handler to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. This is a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, moving, stocking, and preparing materials for shipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment is a plus, but not always required as we provide training. This position is integral to our supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and store incoming materials accurately.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
  • Assist in order picking and packing for outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform inventory checks and cycle counts as needed.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of required PPE.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
  • Handle the physical demands of the job, including frequent lifting and bending.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs regularly).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
