Job Summary:
Our state-of-the-art distribution center in Fort Worth, Texas, is looking for a motivated Distribution Center Associate . This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of goods throughout our facility. You will be involved in a variety of warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. We are seeking reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to our supply chain operations and grow within a dynamic industry. Understanding of logistics principles and adherence to Safety standards are key.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Sort and stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Prepare shipments for loading, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and workstations.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Safety regulations.
  • Wear required PPE , including safety vests and gloves.
  • Perform tasks that involve regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate with colleagues.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform manual Lifting throughout the shift.
  • Commitment to upholding all Safety standards and protocols.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Understanding of basic logistics and inventory flow.
  • Must be willing to wear appropriate PPE .
