We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Portland, Oregon. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and movement of inventory. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against documentation.
- Accurately store and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including proper labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, following all Safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Wear and maintain all required PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse Safety procedures and Logistics principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting.
- Must comply with all PPE requirements.
