We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Omaha, Nebraska. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks and potential issues.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse operations and safety procedures.
  • Familiarity with using scanners and basic computer systems.
  • Must be able to wear appropriate PPE, including safety shoes and vests, as required.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent bending, stooping, and reaching. The ability to perform tasks requiring consistent Lifting is essential.
