Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process orders using our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and packaging.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety protocols.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, ensuring safe usage and proper PPE compliance.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Contribute to team efforts and support overall Logistics goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes is advantageous.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Adherence to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
