Rotational Nanny (ROTA) Needed - Central Park, NYC
**Local options or those with a reasonable commute**
Schedule: 3 Weeks On / 3 Weeks Off | Live-In During Shifts | Travel Required
We are assisting a high-profile family in Central Park, NYC, in hiring a third Rotational Nanny (ROTA) to join their established childcare team. The family has one cheerful and healthy one-year-old and currently employs two highly experienced Newborn Care Specialists (NCSs), both of whom are transitioning to a rotational schedule. This is a collaborative and structured environment where professionalism, emotional intelligence, and teamwork are essential. This position follows a 3-weeks on / 3-weeks off live-in rotation. While on rotation, the nanny works every other day , in tandem with the other ROTA nanny, providing 24-hour coverage on duty days. While this schedule is unique, it is designed to maintain consistent care and give staff needed rest between shifts.
The nanny lives in a shared two-bedroom apartment with the other ROTA nanny during the working rotation. While unconventional, this arrangement has been successful due to the mutual respect and professionalism of the current team.
