About
We are looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to handle a broad range of civil matters, from pre-litigation through trial and appeal. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, detail-oriented legal professional with strong litigation skills and a passion for advocacy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of civil litigation, including initial case assessment, discovery, motion practice, mediation, trial preparation, and trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Maintain and develop client relationships.
- Supervise junior associates and legal support staff as needed.
$150,000 - $200,000 a year
