As an Associate Director, you won’t just manage projects—you’ll set the standard for excellence. You’ll inspire and mentor talented engineers, fostering collaboration and growth within a multi‑disciplinary environment.
Your ability to integrate disciplines and champion digital delivery will keep Jacobs at the forefront of modern engineering. With your commercial insight, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, safeguarding both client confidence and business success.

Qualifications
Chartered Engineer (IStructE, ICE, or equivalent)
Proven expertise in structural design from concept to completion
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to engage clients and present innovative solutions
Experience with structural analysis software (ETABS) and digital delivery
Knowledge of multi‑disciplinary design processes and sustainable design principles
Commercial acumen to drive project success
