About

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing & Sales Administrator to manage customer orders and purchasing activities using Sage 50. The role involves processing and tracking orders, raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, supporting production and new projects, handling delivery and invoice queries, and producing purchasing reports. You will also support general administration duties and comply with our Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001).
Essential Requirements
Full working knowledge and experience of Sage 50
Purchasing and sales administration experience
Experience working with suppliers (metal purchasing preferred: mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium)
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and data entry skills
Confident communicator and team player
Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel
Good written and spoken English
Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach
Experience with other ERP systems is advantageous.
