Ideal for both business and leisure guests, regional commuters, and neighbourhood residents, it will become the ideal place to eat, meet, work and play.About the roleWe're seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure an exceptional guest experience, and drive performance.Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will serve as a key member of the Food & Beverage management team.More specifically, responsibilities will include the following:Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staffManage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality serviceMonitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitabilityHandle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalismEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsDevelop and implement strategies to increase sales and guest satisfactionSchedule shifts and manage payroll recordsThe skills we are looking for are:Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership roleStrong understanding of restaurant operations and customer serviceExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilitiesKnowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reportingFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededAbout YOTELWith properties in sought-after locations globally, YOTEL is for people on the move.
