Join a small, fast-moving team building the technical foundation for the next generation of sales software. What You’ll Do

Design and implement backend systems powering core features of a modern enterprise sales tool

Build robust APIs, data pipelines, and orchestration layers that scale with growing usage

Collaborate with product, frontend, and data teams to deliver reliable, performant systems

Define architecture and contribute to infrastructure decisions as the product scales

Help shape engineering best practices and contribute to long-term technical strategy

Ideal Candidate

3+ years of backend or infrastructure engineering experience

Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or a comparable modern language

Experience designing distributed systems, data pipelines, or orchestration frameworks

Familiarity with cloud-native development, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code tools

Solid grasp of networking, system design, and web protocol fundamentals

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Excited to work in-person with a focused, ambitious team

The Offer

Competitive salary: $130,000–$280,000
