Senior Director of Sales Operations

to lead our GTM operations and serve as a trusted partner to our Chief Sales Officer. In this key leadership role, you'll help shape and operationalize our go-to-market strategy by aligning people, processes, and technology to drive revenue predictability and sales efficiency across our SaaS payments business. You’ll own sales planning, forecasting, and performance reporting, while driving excellence across our sales tech stack, enablement programs, and compensation structures. This is a high-visibility position ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands-on execution—especially with a forward-thinking approach to AI and automation. What You'll Do: Sales Strategy & Execution Support

Act as a strategic advisor to the CSO, supporting execution of sales strategy and operational rigor. Establish and maintain KPIs, OKRs, dashboards, and reporting to drive performance and accountability. Analyze sales performance to surface actionable insights and guide business decisions. Partner closely with Marketing and other GTM teams to ensure alignment on pipeline, conversion, and revenue goals. Planning, Forecasting & Business Rhythm

Lead the annual and quarterly sales planning process, including capacity modeling, coverage, and quota setting. Own sales forecasting and pipeline analytics; maintain clear visibility into trends, risks, and opportunities. Drive operational cadence (e.g., Weekly Business Reviews, forecast calls) and ensure strategic follow-through. Build scalable, repeatable processes that enable efficient and predictable growth. Sales Tools, Tech Stack & Enablement

Own and optimize our sales systems, including CRM, engagement tools, and forecasting platforms. Evaluate and implement new technologies and AI-driven tools to boost productivity and automation. Partner with Enablement to ensure reps are equipped with the tools, training, and data they need to execute. Drive continuous improvement across workflows and user adoption of sales systems. Compensation, Incentives & Performance Tracking

Design and manage commission structures that align with business objectives and motivate sales behavior. Ensure accurate and timely commission tracking in partnership with Finance and HR. Conduct performance analyses to assess incentive effectiveness and recommend adjustments as needed. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy within a SaaS or fintech environment. Demonstrated success in supporting sales leadership, building GTM infrastructure, and driving operational scale. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills; experience with forecasting and sales performance reporting. Hands-on experience managing sales tech (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari, Gong, etc.) and compensation programs. Skilled at cross-functional collaboration, influencing at all levels, and driving clarity across complex initiatives. Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a bias for action and continuous improvement. Compensation ranging from $130K - $180K depending on experience.
