Seeking a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team in Columbus, Ohio. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items for customer orders and carefully packing them for shipment. Your duties will include using order picking technology (like RF scanners) to locate and retrieve products, verifying quantities and item numbers, and then preparing items for shipping, ensuring they are packaged securely and efficiently. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is also a key part of this role, contributing to overall warehouse safety and productivity. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and good manual dexterity. You will be expected to perform frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Proper use of required PPE is essential, and you must follow all safety protocols rigorously. We are looking for reliable, team-oriented individuals who are committed to accuracy and customer satisfaction.
