Construction Painter/Laborer/Helper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking experienced Laborer/Helper/Painter with a construction background to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and are eager to learn and grow within the industry. Experience in painting and drywall a must with basic knowledge in remodeling.

Duties

• Assist skilled workers in their daily tasks, providing support as needed.
• Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and maintaining equipment.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools.
• Help with the organization of materials and supplies on-site.

Skills

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of construction or manual labor techniques is required.
• Experience in painting, drywall, plaster and stucco.
• Good physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality in all tasks performed.
