join our team as a Driver Helper for a FedEx Ground contractor. Support our delivery drivers by assisting with package handling, organizing deliveries, and ensuring timely and accurate service to customers. This is a fast-paced, physical role perfect for reliable, team-oriented individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist drivers with loading/unloading packages
- Organize and sort packages in the delivery vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Follow safety protocols and delivery schedules
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- No CDL required
