Analyst Intermediate

Cetechs is seeking Analyst Intermediate to provide administrative and analytic program management support to the Region 1 Program Offices and the Contract Guard Program. This position supports the Regional Director, Deputy Regional Director, branch chiefs, and associated program offices in delivering FPS's mission.​

Desired Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, public administration, or related field desired.​

· Experience: 3–5 years of analytical, program support, or data analysis experience desired.​

Core Responsibilities and Duties:

· Provide analytic and technical support to FPS Region 1 program management, including data-driven analysis for the Contract Guard Program.​

· Support planning, performance tracking, and reporting through dashboards, cost analysis, and risk assessment.​

· Apply analytic methodologies and principles to evaluate program objectives and support the implementation of strategic direction.​

· Perform data collection, interviews, data modeling, research, and survey support as assigned.​

· Conduct budgeting, cost control, statistical process control, risk modeling, and other quantitative analyses.​

· Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports in Power BI, including DAX formulas.​

· Integrate SharePoint and Excel for real-time data analysis; use advanced Excel features such as pivot tables.​

· Work closely with senior program staff and project teams, supporting project objectives and providing clear, actionable analysis.​

Required Skills

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong Excel emphasis).​

· Familiarity with financial systems and ability to support budget and cost tracking.​

· Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to prepare executive-level presentations.​

· High attention to detail, ability to meet planned and unplanned deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.​

Professionalism and ability to interact effectively with government staff and the public; business casual dress required.​
