What this Job Entails
The Project Coordinator II plans and coordinates aspects of internal projects from initiation through delivery. These may include network, server, or software implementations, upgrades, and PC deployments. Projects may vary in size, volume, and complexity.
Scope
- Work is moderately difficult and requires judgment in resolving issues.
- Some instruction provided for new assignments; daily work is checked infrequently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Gather and maintain project requirement lists.
- Provide weekly project updates, including action items.
- Schedule and coordinate project reviews; follow up on assigned actions.
- Communicate status updates effectively to project teams.
- Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, and expenditures.
- Assist in identifying project issues and escalating to the appropriate team or client manager.
- Participate in organizing, attending, and documenting stakeholder meetings.
- Document and follow up on important decisions and action items.
- Collaborate with regional teams for project resources and ticket resolution.
- Monitor the ticketing system daily; reassign tickets as needed.
- Produce regular reports.
- Identify trends/recurring issues and escalate to management.
- Support process improvement opportunities.
- Stay updated on processes and procedures.
- Work closely with SDMs/Project Managers to support metrics, KPIs, and insights.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Associate degree or equivalent + 2–5 years related experience
- Strong internal and external relationship-building
- Sound judgment within established procedures
- Flexibility (office + remote; occasional schedule adjustments)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel & Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with ticketing and/or project management systems
- Experience in a technology-driven environment preferred
- Proactive, dependable, strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, problem-solving
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $ $38.00 per hour
