Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders manually / Clover POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage cash handling, process payments accurately, and operate cashiering systems (Clover POS)
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold food safety and sanitation standards
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations to ensure compliance at all times
• Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management and organizational skills
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling techniques

Pay: $ $28.00 per hour
