About
We are actively seeking dedicated Picker/Packers for our Charlotte, North Carolina location. This position is crucial to the efficient functioning of our logistics and distribution operations. As a Picker/Packer, you will accurately assemble customer orders by retrieving items from warehouse inventory and meticulously preparing them for shipment. Your responsibilities will include reading pick lists or using scanning devices, identifying correct products and quantities, and then carefully packaging items to ensure they are protected during transit. Maintaining a high level of accuracy and speed is essential. Safety is our utmost priority; therefore, adherence to all safety protocols, including the correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is required at all times. This role demands physical exertion, including prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting items that can weigh up to 50 pounds. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic who can thrive in a demanding, fast-paced warehouse environment.
