Are you a driven individual looking for a rewarding career in the logistics industry? We are seeking a Fulfillment Associate for our busy distribution center in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners and order pick lists.
- Pack items carefully and securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Perform tasks involving moderate to heavy Lifting of products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals within our logistics framework.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient work atmosphere.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or order picking role is a plus.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
