Are you detail-oriented and organized? We're seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for our Denver, Colorado warehouse. This critical role ensures the accuracy and integrity of our inventory, which is essential for our logistics and supply chain success. You'll be responsible for maintaining precise inventory records and implementing effective control measures.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials.
- Coordinate with receiving, shipping, and fulfillment teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and report on potential shortages or overages.
- Promote a culture of safety and adherence to all warehouse protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with WMS software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- Must follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
